TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All memberships and class packages are for our 45 and 35 minute classes
  • Memberships expire 30 days after activation
  • Monthly Auto-Renew can be cancelled at any time after the initial 3 months.  Just let us know prior to your renewal date that you would like to cancel.
  • New Motivate Member is available once per client
  • Unlimited memberships are limited to 1 class per day
  • Single Class Packages do not expire
  • Motivate a Friend Special is valid for one month.  Must be referred by an existing member to redeem, or must sign up with a friend.  To continue at this price you must bring a new friend.  Email us at glendale@motivatestudios.com to retrieve this offer.
  • Mega Lunch class is only valid for our 35minute lunch hour classes.
  • All sales are final.  Classes are not eligible for exchange or transfer
  • Socks with grip are required for all classes and are available for purchase at the studio
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time of your first class so your instructor can provide a brief orientation.

  • To check availability, log in to your account to access our live schedule
  • If you are on a wait-list and a spot opens up 24 hours before class you will automatically be added to that class and an email confirmation will be sent.  Please click here to read more about our wait-list policy.
  • We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AND AMEX
  • All classes must be prepaid
  • We enforce an 8 hour cancellation policy. Please cancel your classes online and not by calling.  Click here to read more about our cancellation policy.
  • Motivate is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees that may occur from late fees
