HEALTH HACK | Healthy Summer Slushee

It’s almost September but it feels like the actual summer weather is juuuust starting. And will probably stick around through September 😰

It feels like ice cream and popsicles should be a daily activity so we put together a healthy alternative slushee to cool you down without the pounds! It’s four ingredients and pretty much one step to make!

Ingredients:

- 10 cups watermelon pre frozen

- 2-4 tbsp maple syrup

- 1 large lime

- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Instruction:

Combine all four ingredients with a little bit of water until slushee consistency and enjoy 😉
