Health Hack | Overnight Chia Seed Pudding 

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day - but also seems to fall during the time of day we are most likely to be behind and rushing!! So an overnight breakfast that’s ready in the fridge once you’re up is something we’re into. 

Here’s a recipe for a vanilla chia seed pudding - great for you with healthy fats from some crunched pecans, you can also add berries or other flavors to create more delish variations! 


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or 1 dropper of stevia sweetener 

  • 2 tablespoons dates, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons pecans, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a glass container or cute little jar. 

  2. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate.

  3. In one hour, stir again to prevent lumpiness. 

Enjoy the next morning! ☀️
