HEALTH HACK | Healthy Sorbet

It’s hot - It’s Summer - It’s time for ice cream~ But with how many Summer days we’re about to encounter we can’t really justify ice cream every day. So we’ve found a healthy summer sorbet for you to stay cool and enjoy a treat without the negative effects! Meet the Summer Sorbet!

Ingredients: 

1 banana sliced and frozen

2 cups frozen strawberries 

2 tablespoons almond milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla 

Optional:

Lily’s unsweetened chocolate chips

Coconut shavings 

Cacao nibs

Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Put in freezer safe container and freeze for 3 hours. Scoop and enjoy with your preference of toppings!
