This is a detoxing tea with cinnamon and honey flavors that will detox you while you sleep as well as jumpstart your circulation and encourage brighter skin!

* 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder (organic, lightly processed)

* 1 cinnamon stick 

* one cup warm almond milk

* Honey (to taste)

* Vanilla extract 


Heat milk and cinnamon stick and when warm, add powdered cinnamon. Sweeten with honey, and enrich the taste with the vanilla extract.

Drink it while warm ☕️🌙
