HOW DID YOU FIND LAGREE FITNESS AND WHY DOES IT RESONATE WITH YOU?
I took my first Lagree class in 2014. I was looking for a fun and challenging workout after I injured my knee from years of marathons. A coworker at the time had just started Lagree and lost 25+ pounds despite having a similar injury, and encouraged me to give it a shot. I did and was hooked after my first class!
Lagree resonates with me because it remains a challenge, even after five years of practice. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Lagree will challenge you both mentally and physically.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR TEACHING STYLE?
Fun, interactive, and challenging. I love getting to know each client personally and pushing them to achieve their goals. I realize each class is an opportunity for self-improvement, and I aim to encourage each client to leave stronger than they came in.
WHATS YOUR FAVORITE POST-WORKOUT NOSH?
I absolutely LOVE cracking a fresh coconut open after a good workout. It’s the best way to re-hydrate and the coconut meat is packed with nutrients!
IF YOU WERE TO GIVE ONE WORKOUT TIP TO YOUR CLIENTS, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Continually challenge yourself wherever you’re at. Set your goals and intentions at the beginning of each class and push yourself to crush that goal. Strive to be better and stronger than you were the day before!
