How did you find Lagree Fitness and why does it resonate with you?

The first time I walked into a Lagree studio with my sister I was a bit intimidated! I always felt workouts were going to be too hard, too long, or I didn’t want to go alone. But Lagree changed all of that! It was (and still is) very challenging, but I could do it! And in only 45 minutes?! Immediately obsessed and have been ever since I started 2 years ago.

How would you describe your teaching style?

Upbeat and intense! Get ready to shake!

What’s your post workout nosh?

Light, fresh and protein packed snack

If you going give one tip to your clients, what would it be?

Focus on your breathing and push through. It’s ok to take a breath to reset but don’t give up! Take modifications when needed and try your best
