How did you find Lagree and why does it resonate with you?

I took my first Lagree class about 12 years ago when my friend’s cousin opened a studio. I was hooked! I had never really worked out before, other than playing in team sports, so this was a new and exciting challenge. It was fun to see what I could make my body do and how strong I could become - not to mention how quickly I saw results. What I love about Lagree is that it is so customizable. Everything can me modified, made easier or harder, to fit every fitness level. And let’s face it, it never gets easy. Or boring! It’s truly a new challenge every time I take a class, and now I couldn’t be happier sharing that experience with others!

How would you describe your teaching style?

I would say I’m very encouraging, and fun! I like to tell my students that it’s their workout, not mine, so to take the challenges they want to take and just push through!

Favorite post-workout nosh?

Lots and lots of water! And I love Rx Bars, the dark chocolate sea salt is my favorite.

If you were to give one workout tip to your clients, what would it be?

Don’t give up. You never know what your body is capable of, until you push it to that next level. Remember, you’re the boss! Your body will do what you tell it to. So hold that plank a little longer, lunge a little lower, and kick some a**!
