How did you find Lagree Fitness and why does it resonate with you?
I found Lagree Fitness on Yelp. I went to my first class thinking I was going for a nice relaxing workout with a lot of stretching because "slow, intentional, and low impact." I was completely mistaken but nevertheless, absolutely impressed!
Lagree Fitness provides me physical fitness and mental sanity. Teaching Lagree Fitness challenges and humbles me.
How would you describe your teaching style?
Energetic, encouraging, and challenging.
At the end of it all, I just want my students to have a good workout!
What's your favorite post workout nosh?
Hard boiled eggs! Easy and convenient!
If you were to give one workout tip to your clients, what would it be?
I have two!
1. Don’t compare yourself to the other students in class. And no, you're not the only one struggling!
2. Don’t be afraid to take modifications. Nothing is worth sacrificing form!
