HEALTH HACK | Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Can you really ever have enough cookie recipes??

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 large egg

4 tablespoons coconut sugar

1/2 cup coconut oil

1 and 1/2 cups oat flour regular oats - blended in a blender

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Blend the oats in a blender or food processed until they resemble a flour consistency. 

Combine all wet ingredients until fully mixed then add oats. Add chocolate chips and chill for one hour in fridge. 

Preheat oven to 350

Grease a baking sheet and use a spoon to create your desired size cookies. 

Bake for 8-10 mins and enjoy!!
