HOW DID YOU FIND LAGREE FITNESS AND WHY DOES IT RESONATE WITH YOU?

I found Lagree Fitness when I was looking for a workout to help me strengthen and tone my body after bulking up at the gym. I searched for a pilates studio in the area and when Motivate Studios came up I booked my first class and was hooked immediately! I’ve lived with anxiety and depression for more than 5 years now and Lagree Fitness has become my form of meditation. Feeling like I have control over my body, mind and breath seems almost impossible at times, but being on the Megaformer has really changed that. It’s something so special to me and I can’t explain what it’s done for my body and my mind!

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR TEACHING STYLE?

Challenging and encouraging! I believe the best workouts are the ones that you never thought you’d be able to get through. I love seeing clients push themselves to do something they’ve never done/think they could do. It’s so incredibly rewarding to witness people believe in their strength.

I love love love a big ol’ acai bowl!

IF YOU WERE TO GIVE ONE WORKOUT TIP TO YOUR CLIENTS, WHAT WOULD IT BE?

Don’t give up on your body and it won’t give up on you. You’ll really see your potential when you push through the moments that seem impossible.
