How did you find Lagree fitness and why does it resonate with you?

There's a street by my house that I drive down all the time. But I always drive down it so fast that I never see the shops that are on it. So one day I drove slowly and saw all these machines in a window and thought, what are those???!

With Lagree, the way I talked to myself during class bled out into real life, and I fell in love. If you can do it in class, you can do it in the real world.

What’s your favorite post-workout nosh?

Half a frozen banana blended with almond milk and a scoop of mocha Vega protein powder. Super boring but super easy!

If you were to give one workout tip to your clients, what would it be?

Push yourself to failure! Just try that pushup on your toes. Attempt that flying cobra. If you don’t try, how will you ever know? Never be too embarrassed to try - even if it’s just one, you gave it your all until you couldn’t do it anymore. That's success. That’s all you can ask of yourself.
