How did you find Lagree Fitness and why does it resonate with you? My good friend took me to my first class long ago! She took me after we chowed down at a brunch buffet, so I felt a little sick my first time! I went back a second time a year later and was hooked from then on. I loved the pace, the challenge, and the mindfulness of all of it.
How would you describe your teaching style? High energy and animated! Fun mixed with serious!
What's your favorite post-workout nosh? I am super simple and love simple fruits after or even before class! A banana is always my easy go-to. Keep it simple ;)
If you were to give one workout tip to your clients, what would it be? Find something you LIKE that interests, challenges, and excites you! Find a place where the good vibes resonate, and you are good to go!
